All the inputs of this product (barleys included) are entirely French.​ Primarily aged 3 – 8 years in oak casks at the three selected distilleries. Followed by 6 months in a famous ‘cru classé’ Sauternes casks giving to our whisky its sweet and spices flavours and incredible roundness.​ The final ageing takes place in the Bellevoye cellar in Charente.
